Our BMS and Smart Solutions division is dedicated to advancing smart technologies and IoT in the design and development of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Smart Home solutions. Leveraging the expertise of electrical, mechanical, and computer engineers, this division creates, manufactures, and implements sophisticated modules and control devices that bring smart systems to life. By utilizing up-to-date protocols such as KNX, Z-Wave, Zigbee, and Wi-Fi, our solutions enable seamless integration and smart control of diverse building systems, including lighting, HVAC, security and surveillance, access control, networked audio-visual monitoring, and fire detection and suppression systems.
Throughout all stages, from design to deployment, system security is a top priority. Advanced data encryption and multi-factor authentication technologies are employed to ensure user security and privacy. Furthermore, our team focuses on energy efficiency and operational cost savings by implementing smart energy management systems for automated lighting, heating, and cooling controls, significantly reducing electricity consumption.
One of our division’s key innovations is the integration of AI and cloud technologies for real-time system data analysis, providing optimization solutions that enhance performance and reduce energy use. These technologies allow users to easily monitor and control their systems through cloud platforms and mobile apps, giving them full control over their energy usage and system performance.
This division is also active in sustainable projects and green building initiatives, offering solutions that lower resource consumption and improve energy efficiency. These sustainable practices not only enhance building performance but also contribute to a reduced environmental impact.
To date, our BMS and Smart Solutions division has successfully executed numerous large-scale projects nationwide, including smart high-rises, residential complexes, commercial and office buildings, and industrial automation projects.
